WORLD HOCKEY:  BRINGING INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY TO YOUR HOME

World hockey is hockey played internationally between countries.  World hockey is governed by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF).

World Hockey offers over thirty (30) tournaments a year with help of the IIHF.  These World Hockey tournaments are played all over the world and cater to men, women and junior hockey players.  The IIHF helps with under 20 junior tournaments all the way up to Olympic hockey.

World hockey continues to grow in popularity, greater than (50) countries now play hockey internationally.  More hockey is played in warmer climates than ever before.  Countries like India, Turkey and Ecuador suit up hockey players to play traditionally strong countries like Canada, United States and Sweden.

The IIHF brings the World Hockey community together, regardless of race, culture, sex or religion and allows hockey players who might not otherwise get the chance to play hockey internationally.
