Canadian hockey governing body, Hockey Canada, mission statement states "Lead, develop and promote positive hockey experience."  Hockey Canada helps to support a positive Canadian Hockey experience for all participants with respect for all people regardless of color race, gender, ethnic origin, socio status, sexual orientation, religion or age.  Canadian Hockey is about development of dignity and self esteem.  Team work to instill integrity, physical and personal well being all the while pursuing excellence in hockey.  That is why Canadian hockey is the best.
